A black NEer made a challenging race for an abbreviated but tough marathon course. Commodore Graham summed it up “the wind against strong run out tide made for fantastic downwind surfing but tough upwind returns’.

5. Lady Bay AS mark to starboard.
6. Eastern Channel pile light to starboard.
7. Nielsen Park AS mark to starboard.
8. Stay outside and to the East of ‘Sow & Pigs Reef’ cardinal marks.
9. Edwards Beach AS mark to starboard.
10. Grotto Point AS mark to starboard.
11. Edwards Beach AS mark to starboard.
